Procedure for Certification

Step 1. Customer sends the enquiry to NDDB CALF Limited

Step 2. NDDB CALF Limited sends an application package to the customer

Step 3. Customer has to fill the application form and submit to NDDB CALF Limited

Step 4. Certification team verifies the submitted documents

Step 5. If all the submitted documents are appropriate, then Service purchase order (Quotation) along with certification contract/agreement is sent to the customer

Step 6. Customer submits 100% of the certification fees

Step 7. Inspection is planned and the same is informed to the customer

Step 8. Inspection is conducted

Step 9. Reports are reviewed and decision on certification is taken

Step 10. If found compliant with the applicable requirements, a certificate is issued to the customer.
