Complaint Procedure

Complaints have to be submitted in writing with the name and contact details of the complainant and sufficient information related to the matter of dissatisfaction. Complaints may be submitted by the clients, authorities or third parties through email and letter. NDDB CALF LTD will ensure confidentiality of the complainant unless the complainant authorizes NDDB CALF LTD to share the information or the complainant publicly shares the information.
